The practice is large and most are regular attendees require maintenance visits. We are anxious that new patients are assessed with care so that all treatment required is completed within a reasonable time and that follow up reviews can then be arranged. Our patient management system is designed to allow pain patients to be seen the same day and for new patients to be seen for initial consultation within a few days. Private patient sessions are available by appointment.
New Patient Refundable Deposit: All new patients will be charged a £20 refundable deposit before making an appointment. This amount will be kept separate and will not be credited to their treatment account. This deposit will become non-refundable if a patient fails to attend.
We are now accepting new NHS patients
NHS appointments are available Monday to Friday. There is currently a short waiting list for NHS check-ups. Our Saturday appointments are currently every other week, and are generally reserved for private or ongoing treatment appointments
Private appointments are also available and can generally be seen within a week.

If you are not able to keep you appointment please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a charge of £25.00 per 15 minutes may be made.
Patients undergoing NHS treatment will not be charged for short notice cancellations or missed appointments, but may be refused further care under the NHS.
During practice hours, we endeavour to see any patient who has a dental emergency. If an appointment is not available on the same day, you will be seen within the next 24-48 hours. Should you have a dental emergency outside the normal practice hours, please telephone 0203 402 1312 which will put you in contact with a dental professional who may be able to help you.
