Administrative Staff 

Her main duties are to undertake general administrative and reception duties and working with the practice manager to coordinate aspects of financial and accounting functions. Staff are very friendly and her loyalty to the practice is exemplary. 

Consuelo Tilley

Having qualified as a dental nurse in her country, Consuelo moved to London and achieved a diploma in English and reception. She has worked for CDC for over 5 years as a receptionist and enjoys the daily face-to-face contact with all the patients. Her main duties include making appointments, answering enquiries and improving customer services.

Connie likes to know about other cultures and therefore enjoys travelling and socialising with friends. 

Pooja Shah

Pooja Shah is currently training as a Dental hygienist/therapist at Barts & the London, Queen Mary, University of London.

She has completed a NVQ Level 3 in oral health care and a NVQ level 2 in customer service. She is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy and the British Association of Dental Therapists.

She has been a member of the Central Dental Care team since September 2003. Formerly working as a dental nurse and now as a part-time administrator undertaking general administrative duties, IT tasks and elements of advertising and marketing.  

Alina Tohanean

Alina joined the team a year ago, carrying out nursing and general reception duties and was supported by the practice staff in passing her National Certificate for Dental Nurses within a few months, despite her lack of dental experience. It is a tribute to the dedication she and the team have shown to her study.

She loves working with people and caring for them as much as possible and hence found this practice the right place to begin her career. Being surrounded by a great team helped greatly and she feels like they are all “building a future together”.
